Overview

Aurum Social is provided by Aurum Labs. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Aurum Social platform, including connected integrations, workspace features, and related services.

By accessing or using Aurum Social, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Acceptable use

When using Aurum Social, you agree to:

• Use only social media accounts you own or are authorized to manage on behalf of a client or employer
• Comply with applicable platform policies, including Meta, LinkedIn, and other connected networks
• Not abuse API access, rate limits, or automation capabilities
• Not attempt unauthorized access to Aurum Social, other users' workspaces, or third-party systems
• Not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity

Aurum Labs may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated or if continued use poses a security or compliance risk.

Service availability

Aurum Social is provided on an as-available basis. We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or compatibility with every third-party platform change.

Maintenance, updates, and dependencies on external APIs may cause temporary limitations or outages. Features may evolve, be modified, or be discontinued as the product develops.

Third-party services

Aurum Social relies on external providers to deliver core functionality. Your use of those services through Aurum Social remains subject to the provider's own terms and policies. Current or planned integrations include:

• Meta Platforms
• HubSpot
• OpenAI
• Canva
• Amazon Associates

Aurum Labs is not liable for actions, outages, or policy enforcement by third-party platforms outside our direct control.

Intellectual property

Aurum Social, its branding, software, and documentation are owned by Aurum Labs or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you create or upload, subject to the licenses you grant to connected platforms when publishing through those channels.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aurum Labs and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of Aurum Social.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid Aurum Labs for Aurum Social in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fees were paid, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of Aurum Social after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
