Overview
Users of Aurum Social may request deletion of data associated with their workspace, connected social accounts, and related records held by Aurum Labs.

Deletion request process
- Email us at rick@aurumlabs.dev.
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request

Include the following in your message:
- Your full name
- The connected social account(s) or handles involved
- A contact email we can use to confirm the request
Processing time
Deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days of verification. We may contact you to confirm identity or clarify the scope of the request before proceeding.
After deletion
Once data is deleted in accordance with your request, it may not be recoverable. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period as part of standard disaster-recovery practices, after which they are purged on a regular cycle.
Disconnecting a third-party integration (such as Meta or HubSpot) through Aurum Social or the provider's own settings may also limit future data collection but does not automatically delete historical records already stored. Submit a formal deletion request if you need those records removed.
